We offer many different types of residential living arrangements — efficiencies and 1 to 12 bedroom apartments, townhouses, and houses — with nearly all of our units recently renovated and modernized. We are able to accommodate private groups of up to 30 at certain locations.
With most of our units furnished and most utilities included, moving in is as simple and hassle-free as possible. We take great pride in the maintenance and mechanical upkeep of our properties. Should a problem occur, we move to resolve it immediately.

A multi-unit, three-story building on Millionaire's Row in the Historical District, one block from the Main Campus. It underwent extensive renovations in 2007–2009: a new roof, new windows, wood and masonry reconstruction, a new front porch and rear three-story porches, and all new electrical and plumbing.
Pass-code main door with intercom and remote entry from each apartment. Security lighting. Plenty of off-street paved parking. Our office is on the first floor.
